Navaho was exported to Mr. F. Crandall in the USA.
Retained by Mr. F. & Miss. L. Hylden, Cheyenne soon gained the KC stud book number 1147AV being shown by Lily, gaining CCs as soon as 20-Jun-62, gaining his title on 19-Dec-64, eventually gaining 19 CCs, a post-war record.

Cheyenne sired the second Podlea litter from Podlea Penninah, whelped 9-Mar-64,
PODLEA BALAAM, BARNABAS, BEELZEBUB, BELSHAZZAR, BOAZ,
PODLEA BASHEMATH, BATHSHEBA, BERIAH, BERNICE, BILHAH.
He sired SABDEN SCEPTRE, whelped 13-Jan-65, from Rosebay Sheba.
 
Cherokee was retained to produce a litter from Equerry of Brighton
before he was exported to the USA where he became an American Champion.
There was one dog TOMAHAWK OF BRIGHTON whelped 20-June-63 and
five bitches THISTLE, THYME, TITANIC, TOPIC & TORNADO OF BRIGHTON.
 
Cherokee then became the foundation bitch of the Sherlock kennel, whelping a litter from Delburn Bonjour of Brighton on 12-Sep-64; SHERLOCK KIWI & TONETTE
